Poured cold into a wheat glass
A - Golden clear lager with amber hues and a very thin head that leaves minimal lace.
S -Malty and mild aroma of alcohol. Pilsner malt scents seem to join in as it warms.
M - Medium full body, sweet, semi-dry and a sweet finish.
T - Malty and smooth with herbal hops and light nutty pilsner sweetness. Slightly bitter from hops in the finish. Nice and subtle with peppery yeasty qualities. Very smooth, yet a tad grassy in the final sips
D - Big sweet and smoothly warm. A very good Maibock, but the spice and bitterness gets noticable as it warms.
