A multiple year blend of barrel fermented wild ale put on apricots and peaches sourced from several orchards in the Yakima Valley of south central Washington state. Obvious stone fruit aromatics and a more complex taste melded with the tart character of our house wild mixed cultures.

Murky orange with a bubbly white cap. Fresh and slightly tart peach and apricot, with supporting pear, lemon, funk, flowers, wild yeast and oak. Taste bursts forth with the apricot and peach, with the same supporting elements with an enhanced wood tannin finish and tangerine. Tart, sour, bright, slightly funky and floral, with a decent juiciness.

Bottle to tulip.
The appearance had a bronzed yellow almost copper color with a small white foamy head starting at about a finger high and slowly dissipating to an even smaller wispy glaze of head. Just a little bit of wispy concave lace shaving the sides of the glass.
The aroma had sweet and tart peaches, apricot flesh and skin, white wine, some grassy hops and a touch of lemon scaling the backbone.
The flavor leaned towards sour side initially but developing tart and sweet character is infiltrating with some warmth. Edged out vinous aftertaste with some peaches and apricots.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Good carbonation with a lasting finish of apricot/peachy flesh and skin.
Overall, a well done fruited sour ale with a bit more puckering than what is usually seen on the market these days, still, it's one I know I could come back to.
