Amber unfiltered-looking brew with long-lasting foam in the big Stout glass. Aroma of peach and lemon. Sudsy and light mouthfeel. Deeply fruity start but it goes through changes. Flavor is quite interesting, with a fruitiness that evolves into a barky, grapey darkness. Moderate bitterness with a touch of astringency. This is really quite drinkable, another flavorful big-hopped IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. No apparent date.

they keep sending these cans and i keep loading up on them! love them all! this one looks a little more unfiltered than intentionally starchy or hazy, lighter than others, and very high headed. the aroma and flavor are essentially identical, with a strong lemony front, more of a canned pineapple middle, and some gummy candy-like high tone notes later on and as it warms, but not without bitterness either, a good mix and sort of a full hop spectrum on this one, almost subtly belgian to me, but like more from hops than yeast, curious and good, i wish they would just say what the hops are on the cans, but they never do. this has some raw heft to the grain base, maybe unmalted wheat in the mix, i like the fuller feel, its almost creamy, bigger than some, but also very dry which is cool. i get subtle green pear, lemongrass, and even light vanilla as my wife points out. i really dont think these guys make a beer thats anything less than awesome, that is what i have come to know from them, and i look forward to all of them, even if sometimes they do run together a little bit just because of the amount of different ones they are making in the same styles. this was a great celebratory beer yesterday to mark a monumental occasion, and it was worthy of the event. i like it being so dry hoppy but also bitter, and i would buy this again.

Pint can poured in to a nonic glass. No can dating.

Look- Hazy, golden amber color, large pillowy off-white head with great retention and thick lacing. moderate carbonation streaming as it sits.

Smell- Citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon), peach and apricot, tropical fruit (pineapple, passion fruit and mango), light pine and light white pepper, bready malt and other spicy/earthy notes.

Taste- Similar too the nose but the pine and pepper are more prevalent.

Feel- Medium bodied, somewhat crisp with a lingering light bitterness, pretty well balanced. Moderate carbonation on the tongue.

O- A very solid IPA, worth giving a shot if you see it.
