Bright yellow amber with handsome cap of foam in the Timmermans goblet. Lush mouthfeel to the bottom of the glass. Pleasant citrus aroma. Now everything taste like yuzu to me! Actually the whole thing tastes like light lemon with some lime zest. Even a hint of hard candy and tea, but dry finish. Not much bitterness, just a vegetal dark stemmy note. Quite interesting and highly drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 05/26/2022 just below the top rim.

16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Lightly hazed golden pour, patchy head. Tropical fruity aroma with a hoppy backend. Taste remains fruity with the hops coming forward and more prominent, leaving a tingly palate.

i wish they put the hops on the cans, i always just speculate, but this is yet another delicious hazy one from these guys, new cans piling up around here in a good way, i cant get enough! this has a pale orange tone to it, a fizzy white head, and about as much haze as most of the rest of them, which is to say uniform and not too dense. i pick up their subtle but now distinctive to me fermentation profile right away in the nose and taste, lightly doughy and highlighting some of the starchy grain in this, a fine foundation for what ends up being both a tropical and herbaceous hop complexion, verbena, green tea, mango, sweet orange, pineapple, delicious! this one does have some bitterness too, especially as i let it sit and come up in temperature a little bit, its not ever green, but it does pack a little late punch, some pine there at the end too. fluffy feel on a medium body, good carbonation but not fully popping off, and a pretty clean finish. these guys can do no wrong right now, ive liked all of it, and will keep on buying them as they come in. again, i wish i knew the hops, something melon kind of rises up in the center of this too, but i cant quite place it. really solid and modern ipa here.
