Nearly clear amber brew with exuberant fine-grained foam in the tall Stout glass. Lovely fruity aroma of peach and fruit cocktail with a whiff of pine. Flavors of apricot, pineapple, and lime peel. Moderate bitterness.
Rather sweet but fine with all the zingy hops. Lush and sudsy on the tongue with some acidity. Quite a mouthful of flavor but an intriguing and satisfying sipper. Just a little too sharp. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 08/10/2021 on the upper neck.

16oz can from Will. Hazy, murky yellow golden pour. Light citrusy aroma, first grapefruit peel, then a bit of lemon. Taste brings a nice citric bite, hovering between sweet and bitter. Pretty smooth throughout.

i am still a little unclear on the multiple listings for these guys on here, obviously the cans are coming from a production facility, but many of the beers are showing up on both pages, i assume if its made it out of the brewery and into idaho that its from the other facility, but i am also reluctant to add an identical beer that already exists here, so here we go on the yellow labeled can that recently showed up in the state here, wherever it may be from. the beer is amazing, really one of the best ipa types i have had from these guys so far, which is really saying something because so many of them have been bangers! pale but not too whitewashed looking, maybe just a hint of orange color to it, and a frothing white head, very active carbonation, and a nose thats dripping with ripe melon, tangerine, lime leaf, and even coconut character, fresh as can be, mouthwatering, alluring, distinctive, bold but also somehow delicate, nothing much from the grain or yeast here. in the flavor i start with mellow lemongrass, white tea, and fresh flowers, but it opens up into full on kumquat and coconut and clementine and honeydew, perhaps a little bit of heady sativa as well, but this isnt dank in the traditional wet and sticky sense, its more delicate than that even though its mighty robust. the carbonation makes it dance on the tongue, the ferment is clean and dry, and the brightness and drinkability of this is amazing. i really cannot get enough from these guys right now, they somehow find a way to make all of these beers unique, i wish they would tell me on the can which hops are in here, its a really compelling mix. great ipa, ill buy more of this if it sticks around, but these have each come and gone pretty quick here...
