,16oz can from Hops & Bottles. Clear golden body with a thick , sturdy foamy head. Sweet fruity aroma with some resiny hops. Taste brings the hops up a notch, but still has some sweet malts and fruity notes. Well balanced.

featuring idaho ingredients this one, idaho gem and idaho 7 hops, as well as some grain from the state i believe as well. not quite clear but not a hazy one either, just a little frosted look to it, golden in color with a thick inch of lasting white foam. some spiciness to these hops, maybe more than i usually get from these varietals, not quite herbal harshness, but some really intensity to them on the center of the tongue, oily in feel, some peppery notes, green tea, chamomile, a dried floral element but not a perfume thing, less fruity, very little citrus, a unique hop complexion for sure. i like the grain being a little more flavorful than in a lot of their ipa types, not malty in a sweet or fuller way, but a deep earthy foundation to this, maybe ever so slightly toasted, it sets the hops up well. clean on the fermentation, snappy on the carbonation, and this has great crispness and drinkability for being as hop driven as it is. sometimes idaho 7 hops get a little onion taste to them, but that never arises here at all, and this stays on the good side of herbaceous and aromatic the whole time, even as it warms up a little. these guys can do no wrong, and they deliver again here, one of their more unique hoppy offerings to date.
