Pours a hazy clover-honey color, light white cap. Not much going on in the smell, mellow honey and that is about it. Taste is toasted grains and honey, like Cheerios, some crisp anonymous bitter in the back, slight orange pith, and a touch of resin. Mouthfeel is light-medium, carbonation is medium, doesn't linger on the palate to the point of unwelcome. Very smooth and crisp, enough heft in the body to prevent overdrinking- halfway through the growler I know I can session the rest out, but the body of the beer is beginning to gain weight. Fantastic pale, gives Manny's a run for its money for sure, could be the fact that the growler was the end of the keg but I would like to see a touch more in the nose for hops- just a touch. I think this pale should become a staple around town, and hope to see more of it soon!

A: Poured a nice orangish color with good carbonation leaving a small white cap that fades quickly leaving a some bubbles and lacing
S: Some orange zest, lemon and light tropical fruits
T: This beer has a pungent hop bite with nice bittering start to finish with citrus notes, some breadiness, perhaps some caramel
M: Medium body, a bit sticky a light bit of astringency witha hop bite
O: At first this beer was rather astringent but this beer has come along well and rounded out.
