What we love most about New York City is its constant evolution. No two visits to a given hood are ever the same. We created Intersect to be just as dynamic - a sequence of hazy and bright Session IPAs that are brewed with unique combinations of two hops.

On tap at the brewery.
L: Opaque, pale orange with one finger of soapy head that leaves spotty lacing.
S: Fresh, earthy melon rind and lemon pith.
T: Lemon sherbert and papaya. Citrusy with a floral backdrop. Low bitterness.
F: As expected for a session IPA, the body and mouthfeel both suffer. Very light.
O: Fresh and aromatic. Waimea hops provide exotic southern hemisphere interest. A decent early evening APA.
