A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that quickly settled down, leaving just some wisps of bubbles coating the surface and a narrow collar encircling the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas fo wheat and lemon zest are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and as one might have expected from the beer's name it has a slight amount of sourness.
M: It feels light-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and makes for a nice selection during the hot summer months. The lemon zest and sourness prevents this from being a bland American wheat ale.
