Runner Up is a German pilsner that is incredibly crisp. We brewed it with German malts and noble hops and lagered it for over a month to make it clean and dry; a real easy drinker.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that has good retention properties and hardly died down.
S: Light to moderate aromas of noble hops are present in the nose, with grassy and floral hops standing out in particular.
T: The taste has balanced flavors of pilsener malts and noble hops, the latter of which contribute a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is some dryness in the finish.
O: I thought that this pilsener was very easy to drink and especially liked the dryness that appeared in the finish of the mouthfeel. The taste also had a good balance between the flavors of malts and hops as well as a pleasant amount of bitterness.
