Session IPA - We created Intersect to be as dynamic as NYC - a sequence of hazy and bright Session IPAs that are brewed with unique combinations of two hops each time. This version is bursting with juicy pineapple and tropical aromas.

On tap at the brewery this afternoon.

Pale hazy body, generous and well retaining head, rings of lacing. Hop aroma is quite strong, with dry hopped and herbal notes. On tasting, non citrus fruit, mildly sweet, hop notes persist through the finish.

Yellow whitish color with a thick thin head.
Not strong but nice aroma with notes of mango, fresh oranges and some lychees.
Bitter flavor given it body with notes of green resin, pineapple, fresh oranges and lemongrass. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Pleasant Session IPA with citrusy, green and faint tropical notes.

On draught at the brewery. Hazy, yellow/ orange with a thin head that disappears quickly. Heady with orange pith and lemon zest. More lemon zest in the taste plus dusty yeast. Moderate bitterness and a light, dry mouthfeel. A session, juicy pale ale. Light but zippy citrus hops in an easy-going, crushable format.
