A: The beer is rather hazy and somewhat pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving quite a few large specks of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose along with hints of white wine.
T: The taste has flavors of gooseberries along with hints of peaches and white wine.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found the combination of gooseberry and peach flavors in the taste to be very interesting and enjoyable.
