As Thurgood Jenkins knows, a "MacGyver" brewer is a handy person to have around. When something breaks, you need a brewer to step up and say "quick - get me an avocado, an ice pick, and my snorkel" and get the job done. A piece of equipment came loose making this beer, and we didn't have any avocados handy, so we secured it with the next best thing...a beach ball. It worked perfectly. Fermented with Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava for a juicy finish, it’s our latest sour ale and it’s delicious. This beer is fermented with a little bit of lactose.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color and has some light hues of orange. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of sour guava are present in the nose along with notes of passion fruit.
T: The taste follows the smell and is somewhat sour with flavors of guava and passionfruit along with hints of orange citrus.
M: It feels medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. The mouthfeel also has some tartness.
O: I found this beer to be very enjoyable as it had a lot of fruity flavors but these were balanced off by a nice dose of sourness.
