What we love most about our city is its constant evolution. No two visits to a given 'hood are ever the same. We created Intersect to be just as dynamic - a sequence of hazy and bright session IPAs that are brewed with unique combinations of two hops. Our latest Intersect has big pineapple notes, subtle pine, and a dry finish.

On draught at brewery taproom.
L: Opaque, orange colour with one finger of short-lived head that leaves lumpy, scrappy lacing.
S: Soft, floral, hint of orange.
T: Orange, lemon, pineapple, white wood. Moderate bitterness that builds. Aftertaste is full of green hop.
F: Medium body with a dust dry mouthfeel.
O: Was not familiar with Sultana hops before this. It’s a powerful hop. Loads of dry, pithy pineapple flavour with a healthy dose of soft pine. Very dry, becoming astringent. Not at all juicy.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color - too hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly settled down, leaving some lacing on the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pine are present in the nose along with notes of pineapples; the pineapples become stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste has flavors of orange citrus with notes of pineapple and hints of pine, the latter of which are most noticeable in the finish.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA does a good job at showcasing the aromas and flavors of the Sultana hops.
