I got an HMO for ya" is the start of the greatest bad ideas. Every once in a while you get enough people to ignore conventional wisdom and make something really cool happen. Like using a Norwegian yeast to ferment a beer 20 degrees hotter than normal; or building a full brewery in the center of Manhattan; or, what the hell, tying some empty kegs together to sail down the Hudson. This may sound crazy, but hear me out...Hear Me Out is a kveik fermented IPA with aromas of melon and tangerine and a rustic, dry finish.

A: The beer is very hazy and a little pale yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left some specs of bubbles on the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of cantaloupe melon are present in the nose along with notes of tangerine.
T: The taste follows the smell but is mostly dominated by flavors of cantaloupe melon.
M: It feels medium-bodied and juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA has a nice juicy mouthfeel but doesn't have the intense aromas and flavors of hops that you might expect from other IPAs, such as those in the New England style.
