Pours a hazy, reddish, raspberry like color. A large foamy pink head rises to the top but quickly dissipates.
Tart aromas are balanced with a fruit punch sweetness. Fruity notes of blackberry, strawberry, lemon and lime, along with a hint of cracker malt.
Moderately tart and not too mouth puckering. Flavors of strawberry and blackberry add sweetness and contrast with tart notes of lemon and lime. Notes of crisp cracker in tandem with lightly creamy sourdough. The finish is tart and dry.
Medium bodied and moderately carbonated. The mouthfeel is somewhat smooth but with some notes of crispness and a moderate tingle from the acidity.
Nice little fruited sour, very accessible and easy going. The fruity adjuncts add just the right touch.
