Clean, Classic Helles Lager. Beer for drinking

The best beer in the world is simply the one that answers the question "y'all want another round?". We make beer in the City for the same reason we live here: it's got the coolest people, perspectives, and individual stories that drive a deep camaraderie that's unachievable anywhere else in the world. We made this Helles lager for the times when a "quick beer" becomes a few beers. Bracer is lightly malty start and clean throughout, with a soft, rounded mouthfeel and nuanced, floral hop bitterness. The finish is soft and dry, not crisp and biting.

16oz can.
L: Clear, golden with a short-lived head and spotty lacing.
S: Clean lager hops.
T: Flavourful. Lots of biscuit, clean grains and floral hops. Sweet finish. Light bitterness.
F: Medium body with a mouthfeel that becomes increasingly full and oily. Would like a tad more crispness.
O: An easy-drinking, rich and flavourful helles.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that has excellent retention properties and hardly died down.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy and floral hops are present in the nose along with underlying hints of bready yeast.
T: The taste follows the smell and the hops also contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and somewhat clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This Helles Lager is very easy to drink. I particularly enjoyed the aromas and flavors of the hops.

Light amber body, clear; lively carbonation; thick, frothy, white head. Beautiful smell; floral with a touch of freshly cut pear. Light sweetness to the flavor with a mild malt backbone; little perceived hop bitterness; clean tasting. Light to medium body; smooth and slick; crisp.

This is a fine beer, flavorful with a mildly sweet disposition.

Poured at 54 °F; can bottom data: 1/13/21 MANNY ROCKS

Clear golden body with a big white head and decent lacing. Aromas of cereal malt, light bread, grass, honey dipped grains, all very light. Taste is much the same, more focused on the malt than yeast, somewhat sweeter and buttery finish as a result. Body is crisp, clean, medium-light bodied, but doesn't have a ton of helles character. Solid crushable lager. Solid debut

Cloudy orange appearance
Medium light carbonation with about a medium body
Aroma is citrus rind and fruit, earthy honey, pine,in the background some sour grain and cereal.
Taste was mildly sweet with an almost dry but bitter finish and aftertaste that lingered a long time. Had citrus peel bitterness that didn't seem to fit that well and dominated.

16oz can into a pint glass. Canned 1/14/21, so 3 months old.

Pours a slightly hazy dark golden yellow. Head shrinks to a ring and faint covering. Very little lacing.

Lightly musty malty aroma.

On tasting, it's sweet, but quite dry. A little bitterness. Enjoyable drink.

Mouth medium, finish has a slightly dry bitterness that I could do without.

Overall, decent Helles, a little spoiled by the finish.
