Highbrow and lowbrow...that's our game. Like us, these two beers aren't fussy, exclusive, complicated, or unapproachable, but they speak to a simple idea: Everything we do at Torch & Crown should be surprisingly good. Low Brau is a well-balanced, clean, and approachable helles lager that pours a shimmering light gold and finishes with a subtle sweetness.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high dense white head that died down but never completely faded away and also left lots of lacy rings of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of bready malts are present in the nose along with hints of grain.
T: The taste has flavors of bready malts and has a slight amount of associated sweetness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and very clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This lager tastes rather malty and a bit sweet but is very easy to drink.
