On draught at Torch and Crown, NYC.
Pours a hazy pale yellow color. A fluffy finger nail length head displays good retention and lots of lacing.
In the nose, a hint of cracker malt and dominated by fruity and herbal hops. Aromas of grapefruit, orange, peach, apricot, grapefruit and pear. Herbal aromas of pine and grass.
The taste is hops dominated, with bright and pithy notes of citrus, fruity/floral and herbal spices. A dry crisp cracker malt backbone supports an assertive and resiny bitterness. Notes of grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, grass, pine and verbena.
Medium bodied and semi crisp. The finish is dry and crisp. The carbonation is moderate to lively.
A well hopped and easy drinking pale ale. I would have again.

Tall can.
L: Opaque, pale orange/yellow colour with a thick, creamy white head and spotty lacing.
S: Orange zest and yeast.
T: Steely citrus hops and dusty yeast. Invigorating.
F: Soft mouthfeel with a sharp edge, a dry finish and gentle carbonation.
O: A delicate NEIPA. It’s on the dry side of juicy and it has a pleasingly low ABV. A good session version of the style.
