Our take on a West Coast IPA - Crisp and clear, plenty of aroma and flavor from the hops with a nice touch of bitterness to round it out.
Hopped w/ Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe, Citra, Zeus.

As a NYC occasional worker, I gotta get down to Torch on Vandam St. (west village/soho)
2nd beer from brewer, 2nd review on BA, found at Malt & Mould (dont miss it on 21st at 2nd Ave)
a) Apricot, copper body sports lace and lasting white head.
s) bread, butter, herbs, marmalade.
t) Follow smell, and finishes up tart rind-like, with pepper.
o) Pinquent profile.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down a bit but never completely faded away and also left some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lime and mango are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has some additional notes of stone fruit. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Only a slight amount of crispness is noticeable.
O: Apart from having a juicy mouthfeel, this beer drinks more like a New England IPA than a West Coast IPA, but in any event it is easy to drink and has a nice mix of aromas and flavors.
