An ideal West Coast IPA for me. Too often I’m disappointed by WC IPAs in NYC. This one has the requisite bitterness. A few years ago they did a WC IPA collab a (called TorchPark) and so I’ve had my eye on them for this style. Their Mesa (recent Imperial WC IPA) disappointed (where is the bitterness, the pine?) but this is my ideal. I hope it is in their regular rotation.
