Picked this up at the Samco in Kanab while I was out in Utah last summer, as I drank most of the cans on the way home. Saved this to review on here, as this was a nice take on the style that was low on alcohol, easy to enjoy, and true to stylistic form!
Not to anyone's surprise, this poured a lively straw gold with a ton of suds topping it off. Those settled relatively evenly as the lacing left in the middle of my pint glass was deep and extensive. Light hops, mild flower, and a hint of fall fruit were n the muted nose as the taste closely followed suit. Slick, laid-back, and low in bitterness, a bit of apple, farmhouse funk, and light spice emerged once this fully warmed up as this was perfect for a nice late spring day such as today!
Full in body, nearly lacking in carbonation, and somewhat clean in the finish, this would be easily worth cracking open again if I had another one left with me! No date was to be found but thankfully, this aged well given what I put it through. Loved the name and even though it's German at heart and not Italian, this was fun and made for year-round imbibing.

12oz can purchased from the brewery. $8.99/6pk
Canned on 5.4.23
Pours a opaque and nearly cloudy brassy/gold with a dense foamy head that tapers off to a fine line. 4
Aroma off the can is fairly crisp and sharp hop spice, but clean otherwise. From the glass is more of the same, but comes off a bit more gentle and floral. 4.25
Mix of earthy and floral hops, very clean and distinct, touch of sweet malts. 4
Crisp and mild carbo, but smooths out after sitting on the tongue a moment. Slight lingering hop oils. 4.25
Overall a nice Italian pils I'll happily pick up again. 4.25
