My fourth from Starpolski, I wish I could say that this browar was leading the micro-revolution in Eastern Europe... but I can't. Starpolski seems to be as much a brand manager as a brewer. And innovation? Not much. If they had developed a serious website, I might give them better Overall Hugs.
Anstadt Premium does not Look the part; an interesting amber, but no foam sticks around. However I do give points for pop-tops. Smells are average, only sweet malt. Tastes are well-balanced for this malt-head as there is a minimum of hops; finishes mostly sweet. On the light side of medium-mouthed. One and done.

From the half liter flip top bottle, it pours a slightly hazy amber color with a nice white head that reduces and leaves lacing. The nose gets a slightly soapy (?) scent that is not overly pleasant. The mouth gets a slightly sweet malty taste with a nice mouthfeel.

The pour is straw colored with a light amount of carbonation. The taste is grains, Hawaiian sweet rolls, & a hint of honey near the finish. Overall, Poland is known for making some good lager beers & this one does not disappoint. Cheers! B

Nothing too crazy but I am super impressed at how light/refreshing this lager is despite the malt.
