Handsome amber brew with sticky lacing down the glass. Aroma is peach and straw with a touch of honeysuckle. Taste is fruity and not too sweet. It's rather sharp and moderately bitter. Mouthfeel is sudsy and lively with a malty body. Flavors of green apricot and unripe pineapple. Actually this is REALLY sharp, going way down the back of the throat. It's not acidic like the NE versions but makes you blink. Overall this is very interesting and more like a DIPA if it had more alcohol. Actually it would be perfect with a Lager mixer. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Stamped 12/10/24.
