16oz can served in a curvy Monhegan pint glass. Can is dated 11/07/25. Bought it yesterday at Chuck's Hop Shop in Seward Park.
Pours dark, almost black, with about a centimeter of dark brown head. Head settles slowly, pretty good retention sitting around half a centimeter. Smell is very attractive, dark roast coffee and roasted nuts, moderate bready sweetness.
Taste is similar, dives a bit deeper into the bitter roastiness, strays from the dark roast coffee into almost a charred grain. Subtle bready sweetness.
Mouthfeel is light, very effervescent. Very nice beer.

16 oz can from Brewers Haven. Dark brown pour with a filmy beige head, fine bubbles. Roasty aroma, notes of coffee and chocolate, Mild bitterness. Taste comes in with a bitter Edge, coffeeish, roasty and mildly dry. Just the way I like it.
