Pint at the North Main taproom.
Pours clear light gold, medium sized head with some sustainment. Smell is light honeysuckle and heavy green chile. I can tell where this is going. Some grain, but that green chile vegetation really dominates.
Taste is actually a pretty nice balance of honey and grain sweetness with green chile undeniably there but not dominating. Spice level is low but existent.
Mouthfeel is light, crisp, clean. Overall, this is one of the better and more enjoyable pepper beers I've had.
