Draft at the brewery
Big creamy foamy head with great retention, streaming bubbles to reinforce, thick soapy lacing, crystal clear pale golden color
Nose light doughy grainy sweet malt, soft lager, light floral hop notes, lemony too, little cereal and bread dough
Taste grainy sweet doughy lager malt, soft pillowy like lager notes, little lemony, cereal grain, touch grassy lemongrass, clean lager, soft crisp finish with a touch of hop bitterness lingering
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager, medium to higher carb, soft crisp lager
Overall pretty solid, good clean lager, light easy drinking with a touch of hops and nice malt

Enjoyed on tap at the brewery today
A - Poured a nice crystal clear golden hue with a fat white head that fades to leave thick lacing and a thin blanket.
S - Big aromas of really bright lemon juice and peel. Very citrus forward and just softly herbal with a little bit of crackers.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with loads of lemon peel and flashes of bubblegum. Little bit of tutti frutti as well. Light grassy note as well with very light crackers.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, crisp, clean finish.
O - Overall this was a very solid lager with great lemon notes. Super easy drinking.
