This smoothie pastry kettle sour was brewed with handpicked strawberries and multiple angel food cakes in collaboration with River Ridge Brewing.

I tried this beer at the brewery as part of an EIGHTEEN BIG D (Mega) sample flight. It poured a slightly hazy orangish with no head and no lace. The scent had tart sour notes. The taste was sour leaning but drinkable with a tart berry fruit presence. The mouthefeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good sour beer.
