Don't let the name fool you -- this is a very good sour.
The brew pours pink red with a one finger head of foam. The beer is brilliant and clear. Once poured, this brew becomes a bright red. Aroma is sweet, reminding me of that candy at the end of the rainbow. Taste is not as sour as expected; just lightly so. The brew is a nice balance of sweet and sour. I am thinking of the old cherry fizz one used to get at an ice cream parlour. The beer is light and clean. I am quite astonished at how quickly I'm drinking this. A superior sour and highly recommended!

Foggy burnt garnet with the thinnest pastel pink film.
Taste is sweet red Kool-Aid, straight up. I don't know any other way to explain it, but I don't really get a cotton candy vibe.
Later in the day I had a cotton candy sour by Barn Town that informed my perspective on this all the more clearly by really hitting the nail on the head.
