On tap at the brewery taproom in Saigon.
Pours with an essentially black body that is topped by a very good tan head.
A relatively prominent note of toffee in the nose presages the sweetness of the flavor, but this sweetness is quickly replaced by bitter hops suggesting grapefruit peel.
Smooth, full body with light carbonation.
