Can purchased at Cole's in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a slightly dark-ish orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like bready malt, cheap white wine, grapefruit, and pine.
This isn't horrible, but it's pretty forgettable. It's definitely Nelson, but comes across more as cheap wine than that rich grape-character the best versions of Nelson-hopped beers have. It's got some orange and dull grapefruit, with a clean bitterness on the back end. It's not bad, it's just not quite what I expected. I usually love this sort of thing - Nelson is one of my favorite hops.
This is light bodied, with a slightly lingering bitterness on the back end, and a decent drinkability, despite the flaws.
I'd be willing to try more from this brewery, but this was a slightly uninspiring start.
