Description - Porter with Costa Rican coffee (from Premier Gourmet), Madagascar Vanilla Beans and Cocoa nibs. Brewed in collaboration with the Buffalo Beer Geeks for CollaBEERation Festival.
Draft pour at the brewery. Black color in the glass. Nice roasted coffee scent in the nose. Caramel colored head which lingers on the edge of the glass. Roasted slightly bitter coffee with very subtle cocoa in the aftertaste. Feels light in the mouth for the coffee beans. Lightly creamy, fairly smooth and very drinkable porter.
