Nickned PH. So not the scientific term, nor the 5th grader code so their parents won't know what they are watching, and definitely not the urban slang that means... NVM. Made with roasted peanuts and delicious local honey. Crazy unique beer.

Had on tap at the brewery.
On arrival it lookes pretty normal with a white 1 finger fine head that leaves some nice lacing, and has a mostly clear light amber body. Head recedes to a thin but fine covering after a few minutes.
Aroma is sweet and almost floral with just a touch of nutty and malty roast coming thru. Mostly a sweet smelling beer.
Taste at first seems like it would be a nice nutty malty amber woth some sweetness, but then an almost sour savory flavor comes through and dominates the finish. Doesn't ruin the beer but it's a bit strange.
Feel isn't the fullest and has a dry bit quick malty finish. Not mouthcoating and becomes drier and drier overtime. Very drinkable but it doesn't compliment the taste.
Overall I wanted more from this beer. It is unique but it's also strange. I didn't expect salted peanuts I guess.
