Consider this the first new beer I’ve tried in 2023—and my first beer of the year, too.
Enjoyed this one on tap. Quite surprised to see a grodziskie in the wild, and even better I wasn’t looking for it!
Slightly tart, slightly smoked golden white lager with a tight effervescence. Some (lactic?) sourness on the finish. It’s a good one.
