This pours a light gold. Very oaky, very floral nose. The sip follows with this light, intriguing flavor. For how little its ABV it packs a lot of flavor.

$ 7.57 (Including tax)/500 mL bottle ($0.448/oz) from Total Wine, Selma, TX. Reviewed 9/30/19.
Undated bottle. On shelf at store, stored and served at reefer temperature.
Appearance – 3.5.
First pour – Very light yellow, nearly colorless, clear.
Body – Light yellow, hazy, slight effervescence.
Head – Large (Maximum eight cm, aggressive center pour), white, frothy, average duration, diminishing to a seven to thirteen mm crown and complete frothy cap. Many tiny irregular islands of lacing remain on the glass.
Lacing – Poor. A few scattered islands. See also above.
Aroma – 4 – Distinctly sour smell followed by lemon. Quite unusual but very appealing.
Flavor – 4 – First swallow was a crisp cracker, but that didn’t last. It quickly became slightly sour with no distinct flavor; the lemon nose didn’t translate. No alcohol (3.3% ABV) flavor or aroma, no diacetyl, no dimethylsulfide.
Palate – 3 – Thin, watery, lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3.5 – (Minus 0.25 point for undated personal container.) Overall, not a bad brew, somewhat unusual aroma and taste. The label is well done and uncluttered, with the coral snake accurately represented.

Had it from tap in a small snifter at the brewery. Clear yellow color with good head and lacing.
This is labeled a table beer. It is light on the alcohol but it is light, refreshing, and floral. It goes great with food.
