A total thirst quencher, full of spritz and light citrus. Providing a gentle, dry refreshment after a days work.
Enjoy a wave of satisfaction with this spritzy thirst quencher and salute another day done. Nothing rewards putting in the hours like a little fanfare of refreshment dancing over your tastebuds. Dry, light and citrus; enjoy this table saison with citron and orange as a stand alone or fire up the grill for a mid-week treat.

Copenhagen 30/12 2020. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Strange symmetric patterns in green, orange and blue on the can.
Pours unclear hazy, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a thin sharp citric streak. Sweet pale malts. Citrus. Yeasty touch of humid cellar.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, almost flat texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and a bit on the thin side. Moderate sweetness followed by a slightly stronger, tart sourness. Aftertaste is thin and sourish. Lingers shortly. Watery finish.
A bit too thin and watery for my taste buds. A very small fanfare for me.
