Pint pour on draught at the brewery. It pours a thick, turbid magenta color with no head or lacing. It looks just like a smoothie. The fruity nose is berry-forward with orange and pineapple. Its taste opens with tart strawberry with nice hints of lime and orange zest and pineapple, with notes of cracker malt and lactose. It's not overly sour. The mouth feel is super creamy and chewy with moderate carbonation, and it drinks easily at 6%. Overall, Profusely Fruity is an appropriate name; the fruit flavors just pop. And it's a perfect example of a smoothie IPA. Untied should release it in the summer. It would be fantastic to drink in the brewery's outdoor space.
