Pours a golden color with a noisy, medium sized head.
Smells of leathery, wet basement, lighter, matured berries and scented wood among burned oak.
Has a light and refreshing mouthfeel, due to a soft and vivid carbonation among a light, easy drinking body.
Tastes of a bitter, wooden first impression, highlighted by dried juniper berries and olive branches. Its fruity qualities vanish among a more pronounced bitterness, resulting from scented wood bark and the oak. During the beer‘s finish a fruit tartness araises, leaden by blueberries and resinous, matured, dry hops and calming wood.
This is quite likeable as it lives up to its unique ingedients, lending a fantastic depth with a lot of nuances. The beer itself remains balanced and drinks dangerously easy throughout, leading with a fantastic funki- and tartness.
