Yields a dark red, slightly unfiltered color with a stable, white head atop.
Aromas offer ripe raspberries, blackberry jam and wet wood bark among dried leaves and prominent hay infused dusty leather.
Has a light and refreshing body with a finely nuanced, effervescent body, leading to a fulfilling refreshment.
Tastes of juicy raspberries, almost overripe blackberries, wet basement and an aqueous softness among lemon rind and moldy wood with bright, fermented red grapes. Develops a fruit covered blood orange bitterness among cream cheese and maintaining, jammy raspberries. Finishes with an unforseen softness on the tongue, washing away the perfectly nuanced, slightly stony effervescence, opening up the palate to a subtle interplay between overripe red wine grapes and fresh and juicy rasp- and blackberries.
Fantastic beer, incredibly well nuanced with a superb, soft and lively mouthfeel and an incredible depth to it.

Yggdrasil Bottle.
Vibrant ruby red. Pink white head.
Lots of berries. Blackberry in the nose. No idea what a tayberry is, but I get something beyond raspberry. The Pinot noir barrels show a lot. Fairly dry. Oak. Mainly a ton of fruit. Not tart or citrusy which is nice.
