25 ounce crowler, filled at the brewery/taproom on 8/8/2020. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a hazy reddish/purple color with not quite an inch light pink head that stuck around for a bit. Small amount of lacing. I like the aroma, the brew smells mostly like blueberry and coffee, along with some vanilla and tangerine. Taste is similar to the aroma, but all the flavors seem to be about the same strength with no one flavor overpowering the others. Coffee seems to hit more in the finish. Nice amount of tartness, too. Mouthfeel/body is light, easy enough to drink. Moderate carbonation. I thought this was a good fruited sour, the coffee addition works for me. Certainly worth trying if you make it to the taproom!
