Pours a pale straw golden. White head. Lime zest and saltine crackers on the nose. This is an easy drinker. Lightly floral noble hop character, but it is overall more malt driven. A little biscuit and sourdough drive the malt profile. I think I would prefer a little more hop presence with this structure, but this is okay. It finishes with a dry bready note. I like this beer, but I don't love it.
