Pours a hazy yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is crackery, peppery and spicy. Crisp with notes of gooseberries, passionfruit, citrus and Saltines with some hints of knäckebröd.
Taste is crisp, crackery and hoppy with some peppery hints. Notes of gooseberries, passionfruit, citrus and knäckebröd with some hints of licorice. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific modern pilsner.
