Pours on the light side of copper, with a tall head that quickly dissipates. Taste is classic ESB: malt, cereal, and pleasantly astringent (not citrusy or floral) hops. The malt and cereal lead. The bitterness of the hops carries on from there and lingers. This is the ESB I have been missing since I could no longer get Fuller’s, and that is high praise.
