When cold mainly a strong bitter grapefruit flavor. Easy to drink with a nice feel. Gets a little more complex as it warms up. If you take your time pouring it about one finger of foam. Very drinkable beer that I'm happy I found. Wife even likes it. Nice location in Auburn with lots to do in the area. Very nice people.
