A: Pours a light copper color with a white head. This is a bit lighter than most Marzens.
S: Hop aroma was strong in the smell. but I also caught some hints of baked bread.
T: Taste was a bit too hop heavy for the style. The malt flavors were a bit weaker than I would have expected for the style.
MF: This beer had a light boy.
O: his was a mediocre attempt of the style. A different grain bill may end up improving the recipe in the future.
