Classic IPA characteristics define this well-balanced beer – aromatic hops followed by a medium amber body and dry, yet not overly bitter finish. Warm and inviting, this IPA is perfect for serving with tacos, gumbo, wings and burgers.

For being kegged in September it’s held up remarkably well. Restrained malt bill paves the way for a solid punch from the hops. Finishes a bit estery, but all in all it’s not a bad local go-to.
