I think this beer has been resurrected as St. Amand’s Belgian Blond. Overall, it is a decent representation of the style.
Had it on tap at the brewery, poured into a tulip glass. Bright, slightly hazy yellow color with decent head and lacing. Sweet fruit smell and taste. Sweet apples and pears with a bit of black pepper spice. Nice evening beer for the South!
