Had Crispy City poured from pint can, no date, into pilsner glass.
Pours light straw-yellow with 1-finger near-white head, with decent retention, leaving some specks of lace down the glass. Mild aromas of bitter herbals, sweet stone fruit and a little hop spice off pour, with mild malt aroma taking over as warms. On tasting, begins sweet pilsner malt over moderate carbonation, chased immediately by a little tart stone fruit, then some herbal hop bite, which carries into a crisp, rather too bitter, yet malt-forward finish.
Excellent American pilsner, except it grows rather more bitter than might be expected, before it's done.

Pours a bright yellow, just short of gold. Moderate carbonation leads to a white head that dissipates quickly. Light lacing. The aroma has a malt sweetness with just enough of a floral hop aroma to be noticeable. The taste is more hop-forward, with just enough of a bitter herbal bite to balance out the malt. The finish is (as promised) crisp, and is remarkably full for the style and ABV. Finishes ever so slightly piney. All in all, a very enjoyable lager that’s just right for a warm spring day; I hope this beer reappears regularly going forward.

Pours pale yellow with a clear transparency. Head is two fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is crackers, wafers, and mild biscuits. It's quick, hitting crispy wafery malts with a staccato strike. Very mild grassy hops add a little extra depth. Flavor profile stacks wafers, crackers, and mild biscuit malts, with very faint grassy and herbal hops. As a whole, it's crisp, latching onto a dry backbone. Mouth feel is thin with a crispy, thin consistency. It's refreshing, falling just a little short of sharp. Overall, a wonderful arrangement of malts and hops in an easy-going, lightweight package.
