Farmhouse is a wheat recipe that has undergone secondary fermentation using apricots. This beer offers a doughy wheat character that is lower on the wheat spectrum, with light, malty sweetness. Simcoe and Citra hops compliment the slight citrus character provided by the addition of sweet orange peel in the secondary fermentation stage.
