33 cl bottle purchased in Utrecht, Holland. Sampled on 9 May 2008.
The beer poured a redish, orange color with a 1/2 inch of off white head that ran away quickly and left just a ring on the edge. The nose was fruity, earthy and sweet. There was a cherry taste up front with some slight bitterness and a touch of tartness in the taste as well. Overall this is a smooth and drinkable beer.

First fruit beer from st Servattumus the Skendels kersenbier. Pouring it in is hard. Not capable of getting more then an inch of foam up on this brew. The litle I got was gone quiet fast but the color of the beer was extraordinary arpicot with a white clouwd made it interesting how the rest would be. Smell makes you realize fast that you have a great gift from mother earth in your hands. Lots of sour cehrry arome mixed together with maltarome. Fresh and clean; more then just nice. Taste is again cherrymalted with cherries dominating litle. Further some alcohol in it but going to an sour-bitter end soon but lasts quiet long. One I'll get more of when I get the chance.
